Patients wishing to register with us on a permenant basis must be a resident in our catchment area which covers Pinner, North Harrow and Rayners Lane specifically.

Those registering will then be attached to the Ridgeway GP Surgery where most appointments will take place. Patients can pre-book appointments at our polyclinic but should expect to have the majority of their primary medical care at the Ridgeway Surgery.

Patients must provide proof of identity, address and previous NHS details if they have been registered to a GP in the UK before.
