Complaints
We are fortunate that these are rare at our practice. We hope that this reflects our commitment to patient care.
 
If you do have a complaint please contact us via post or fax or use the contact forms on this website and allow us the opportunity to try to put things right through our in-house complaints procedure. If you would like to email your complaint, please call our main number and a designated staff member's email address can be supplied.

We take a constructive approach to complaints and if they do occur to try to learn from the problem in order to improve our services.
 
Suggestions 
We always welcome feedback on the service that we provide.  If you wish to make suggestions for improvements we would be very pleased to hear from you.  If you are dissatisfied with the service that we provide then take advantage of our practice complaints procedure.
