About the Surgery
Find out more about the surgery
Since 1935, The Ridgeway Surgery has been serving the residents of North Harrow. We offer medical care of the highest standard. We are a Partnership company consisting of four Partners.
We treat all our patients as individuals and welcome everyone, whatever your background. We believe in sharing information about your care with you so that together we can make decisions about the best way to manage your care. We aim to practice modern evidence-based medicine to the highest standards.
We are always looking to improve our services and have an active patients’ group, so please fill in our patient survey or leave some feedback on our contact page and make use of it. We hope that with your help and co-operation we will be able to make this website a better portal for all your on line needs.
Over the last year, our PCN practices have continued to improve how patients access care by strengthening telephone systems, expanding online consultation services, and improving care navigation processes across the network. Practices have used patient feedback and access data to better understand demand and adapt services accordingly, supporting more timely responses and improved access to care. There has also been a continued focus on supporting continuity of care for patients with more complex or ongoing health needs.
Our ongoing access approach is based on providing fair, responsive, and easy-to-navigate care through a combination of online, telephone, and face-to-face access routes. Practices will continue to develop triage and care navigation systems, while listening to patient feedback through surveys, participation groups, and community engagement to help shape future improvements.
