Digital Inclusion
The practice has a Digital Champion (Hema Gopal) who helps patients build confidence with online tools such as PATCHS, the NHS App, and Patient Access. This supports equitable access and reduces digital exclusion.
Please speak to reception if you need support regarding these applications.
The digital champion works closely with the PPG to offer sessions throughout the year to support patients with digital challenges
